Martin Tips ("the Platform") is a managed sports betting service. By creating an account and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
The Platform is operated from the United States. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this service.
Martin Tips charges no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no upfront costs.
A 10% platform tax is applied when you withdraw winnings from your account. This tax is automatically calculated and deducted at the time of withdrawal.
The tax applies only to withdrawals — not to deposits, losses, or balance transfers between slots.
If your bets lose, you owe nothing beyond your staked amount. There is zero commission on losing bets.
Martin Tips reserves the right to adjust the platform tax percentage with 30 days prior notice to all registered users.
Deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and USDT. Your balance is credited once the transaction reaches the required blockchain confirmations.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours. The 10% platform tax is deducted automatically before the remaining amount is sent to your specified wallet address.
You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address. Martin Tips cannot reverse or recover funds sent to an incorrect address.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are displayed on the respective pages within the Platform.
Martin Tips operates betting slots — scheduled windows where users enter with a minimum stake. Our professional analysts construct and place curated parlays on your behalf.
All bets are placed on matches from top European football leagues including the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1.
Results are determined by official match outcomes and are posted publicly on our Telegram channel. Your personal dashboard reflects all results automatically.
Once you enter a slot, your stake is committed. You cannot cancel participation after the slot closes for entries.
Sports betting involves financial risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your staked amount.
Martin Tips does not guarantee any specific return on investment, win rate, or profit. All statistics displayed on the Platform are based on historical data and are provided for informational purposes only.
You should only stake amounts that you can afford to lose. Martin Tips is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through the use of the Platform.
If a betting slot is cancelled by Martin Tips (e.g., due to match postponements or unforeseen circumstances), your full stake is refunded to your Platform balance immediately.
Individual match cancellations within a parlay are handled according to standard bookmaker void rules — the parlay odds are recalculated excluding the voided match.
Martin Tips does not offer refunds on losing bets. All staked amounts on completed slots are final.
Users may not create multiple accounts, use automated tools to interact with the Platform, or attempt to manipulate results or balances.
Any form of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Martin Tips reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if these terms are violated.
Martin Tips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Martin Tips and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 12 months.
Martin Tips may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
